Experience

I am an Aerospace Engineer from IGNOU with 2+ year’s professional experience as an Analyst. I have an ability to crack different pattern which can be used to sort and manipulate data. Most of my work in my current job is related to Aerospace, Defence and Marine products such as sensors, connectors, wires and cables, etc. to gather information on the compliance of the product analysing the product drawing and the chemical composition of the material used.

Duties and responsibilities:

Design Analysis

Finding out weight and other composition percentage from given product drawing. Extraction of data to check whether the product is safe to use without any hazardous substances above threshold limit. Process include thorough Design Analysis, so that the part comes out without any design flaws.

Technical Compliance

Conduct thorough check on material specification and composition of the products followed by coding the part as per RoHS, REACH regulations.

Bill Of Materials

Analysis of a finished product by identifying and verifying the sub parts composition

Analyze and track the compliance data of Aerospace, Defense and Marine products and keep them updated for the latest compliance regulations. This ensures if any hazardous substance present in the products above the allowable threshold are discontinued.

Data Analyst (Nov 2015 - May 2016)

Main responsibility was to monitor the data flow and analyze it, prepare charts and doc’s based on the data. My duty includes daily, weekly and monthly analysis report preparation.

Data Mining

Extraction and analyze all the data about the vehicle’s like Latitude/Longitude, Battery %, Time, Driver details, Odometer reading, Speed, Route map etc. which is available in the server on a daily basis to arrange and make it in an order for further analysis. The data points were made within time interval of 2-3 min gap and the fleet size was 90-125.

Data Plotting

Plotting the arranged data to visualize it in the form of chart or diagram and find out the best possible route to be taken to make the travel faster thru the shortest route possible.
