Position – Mechanical Inspector Consultant

Working with multi-disciplinary engineering team in planning, design, construction and controlled inspection for the general contractor & mechanical sub-contractors on the project.

Worked in various SWRO/BRO, waste water project during working as Sr. process engineer.

Conduct general inspection on all contractor and sub-contractor work to assure a safe and workman-like operation.

Evaluation of RFP & RFS for all mechanical Equipment & piping.

Evaluated work completed and issued approvals or disapprovals based on inspections.

Inspect construction to assure compliance with contract documents, contract drawings, and specifications

Conduct material inspection as per approved material submittal document.

Conduct inspection for mechanical equipment, steel structure, piping installation (GRP; Stainless steel pipe; HDPE), pressure test, deflection test, line survey of underground piping installation.
