The DENSO manufacturing facility in Tennessee produces starters, alternators, instrument clusters, various automotive electronic products and inverters for hybrid vehicles. 2017 Revenue $41.65 Billion.
Manages the maintenance infrastructure services and a diverse team of Direct Maintenance Support staff members at a large manufacturing facility consisting of 4 separate manufacturing plants. Ensures that all production and mechanical systems operate efficiently, effectively, and safely to support a large 24/7 automotive manufacturing operation.
Develops standards, procedures, and service level agreements to support a responsive, productive, and quality centric maintenance system.
Utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage equipment and resources effectively.
Manages and monitors the goals and budget for the department. Prepares management reports on key performance indicators and presents status to senior management.

Develop project scope, enforce plant policies (GMP/Security), conduct safety audits and implement incentive programs.
