Admin. Ass. ILO Program/Office Manager.

Answering switchboard, directing all calls to the appropriate destinations taking and logging information as needed.

Provides support and decision making assistance for staff on duty.

Assist in acquiring cottage staff coverage as needed.

Supervision of all staff on duty in a treatment based leadership role. Only the Shift Supervisor can approve schedule changes for both clients and staff at this time.

Collect all incident reports, documentation forms, and supporting documentation Youth Counselor prior to the end of each shift.

Ensure that there is accurate documentation for each situation that arises during their shift. Review all reports for accuracy, ensuring that all needed corrections are made prior to the end of the reporting staff's shift. Sign all documentation as Administrative Reviewer, and submit to the appropriate person/ main office designated box.

Make daily rounds of the cottage checking for safety and maintenance issues and submitting worker orders as needed and appropriate.

Knowledge of obtaining and contacting appropriate resources as outlined in the crisis intervention and runaway protocol, and in emergency medical situations.

Provide consultation and guidance to on-duty staff as indicated.

Submit Medicaid documentations as required by the agency as well as assist/provide oversight to all staff in their completion of Medicaid paperwork.

Assess situations requiring use of the Seclusion Room.

Accept calls from community residents and personnel from other agencies after regular business hours.

Assist in the handling of special problems, emergencies, and crisis.

Contact on-call person as needed and management for any police, medical, community or personnel emergencies, following after-hours protocol.
