Mr. Brown has more than 25 years’ of project controls experience in the engineering and construction industries. His duties have included, but are not limited to: “white board” planning, cost and schedule forecasting & analysis and reporting; for FEL1, 2, 3 & Execute phases of downstream, midstream, upstream, onshore and offshore oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, gas processing and power facilities both grass root and brownfield.

Bilfinger Tepsco; Senior Project Controls Manager (January 2015 – September 2015), Deer Park, Texas.
o Leading in the development of Project Control tools, processes and procedures for planning (by incorporating NetPoint, a white board planning tool which downloads directly to Primavera P6) and cost tracking, reporting, and earned progress. o Leading the proposal process with the “hands-on” building of construction schedules, progress curves, man-power curves and cash flows.
o Managing project control functions on multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Foster Wheeler; Senior Project Controls Manager (September 2014 – January 2015), Houston, Texas.
o Spearheading the development of a Project Controls construction earned progress system for upstream projects.

o Producing schedules, manpower, earned progress and cash flow curves for proposals. o Creating “Going-out-of-Business” curves for Southwest Operations. o Compiling “ALL” SWO projects into a summary report for corporate leadership and shareholders.

o Coordinating the field walk to sell a system with the project turnover team. o Turning over documents required prior to project completion. o Compiling/building final turnover package.

o Cost tracking, forecasting and reporting using BRICS. Other duties consisted of variance tracking and back charge coordinating.
o Construction estimating cost tracking, reporting and forecasting of large and small Capital Projects.
o Managing a staff of 3 employees (Scheduler, Cost Specialist/Quantity Surveyor and Project Controls Clerk).
