Inventory Control Coordinator November 2014 – November 2018

● Record the quantity, type and stock using computerized or manual inventory system.

●Investigating root cause and making necessary adjustments when discrepancies between system and physical inventory are found.

●Enact corrective measures to prevent inventory and financial discrepancies.

●Monitor inventory levels by checking the activity history of the products/items.

●Creation and analysis of Inventory reports.

●Responding in a timely manner to email request/inquiries.

●Work with Operations to resolve product related concerns.

●Participate in cross-functional team meetings, coordinate and balance work loads activities.

Responsible for assisting in a variety of warehouse duties, including shipping, waiving, and receiving.

As a waiver I release and control the work flow, meaning that I assign and release orders to the controller, I manage and control staging lanes to make it easier for the shippers to load and locate the pallets that they require.

I’m in charge of putting together in a weekly basis the productivity of each colleague in the warehouse that in turn will help the supervisors to be able to monitor productivity requirement that is asked from the colleagues.
