Complete CARF reports and helped ensure CARF compliance in clinics

Book LTD clients for all of Alberta until Central Intake was established from 2013 until 2015

WCB OT Intake coordinator from 2016 to 2017.

Helped establish processes and procedures to improve intake and reporting efficiency and communication between the therapists and case managers for Edmonton Occupational therapists

Helped establish procedures for booking and reporting DriveABLE clients for all of Alberta CBIs

Worked with WCB, University of Alberta, and various school bus companies to book medically at-risk drivers for a cognitive driving assessment

Set up meetings with physicians and clinics.

Submitted reports and invoices to third party funders such as WCB.

Completed Internal Data entry for the purpose of tracking reports and outcomes of clients

Assisted with University of Alberta study group to improve services offered by both CBI and physicians

Booked clients for both a computer and driving exam

Assisted with interviewing and hiring new Administrative assistants

Oversaw the administrative staff for 6 area physio therapy clinics
