Current Position – Administrator

To provide a full range of high level administrative support to aid in the development of the division.

Key responsibilities performed:

Report and provide support to the Director on all activities relating to the Unit.

Provide full administrative and procurement support services to the Unit’s management processes and programmes.

Preparation and dissemination of correspondence by email, fax or regular mail;

Assist other officers in coordinating, convening and servicing meetings and/or conferences.

Coordinate and participate in island-wide workshops, seminars and training sessions.

Liaise and maintain communication with stakeholders by telephone, email and fax.

Supervise the development of an efficient filing system;

Exercise initiative in the performance of all job functions and any other related duties which may be assigned

Operate with a large degree of autonomy to complete quality work to meet Units’ goal
