North Carolina state division of Medicaid worked on complying the HIPAA 5010 and ICD-10 standards by the deadline specified by CMS.


Identified Stakeholders and aided in the collection of business requirements to create the Business Requirement Documentation (BRDs) using MS Word and MS Visio.

Impact analysis was performed to determine the impact of ICD-9 to ICD-10 migration.

Worked on full HIPAA compliance lifecycle from GAP Analysis, mapping implementation and testing for processing of Medicaid claims as well.
