Solutions Architect and Project Management – Directed the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide software solution that automated virtually every aspect of the operations of a high-end custom furniture manufacturer. The implementation resulted in an immediate annual savings of over $100,000. This new infrastructure facilitated a four-fold expansion of revenue while maintaining a constant administrative headcount.
Planning and Organization – Collaborated with ownership to direct, plan, and organize the design and implementation of a service management system. The service management system made the timely response to customer service and government information requests possible.
Consulting and Data Conversion – Worked with the CFO of a national association to guide their data conversion to Black Baud's Financial Edge. The data conversion was delivered on time and all billings were collected.
Management – IT director reporting to the CEO of a $120,000,000 national distributor of computers and peripherals. Maintained the internal systems (ERP, CRM) and network. Managed vendors to service level agreements.
Relationship Management and Consulting – Nurtured a client relationship that resulted in the sale or of over $500,000 in services and software. Annual billings to this client were approximately $15,000 prior to taking charge of this account.
