Software Development and Project Management – Managed the software development, quality assurance, and documentation processes for the PACE module of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Web-based HPMS system.

Software Design and System Integration – Designed the system integrations between numerous web shopping carts and a financial system. Managed the development process for these integrations as well as the testing and user acceptance processes.

Business Process Design and Software Development – Worked with a national distributor to eliminate redundant data entry and manual processes facilitating a 33% increase in revenue. Business processes were redesigned and software was developed to complement the redesigned processes. Managed the software development, internal testing, and user acceptance functions.

Consulting and System Implementation – Directed the implementation of enterprise-wide accounting, inventory, and project accounting system at a $20,000,000 government contractor. Worked with the CIO to prioritize the business requirements and identify opportunities for improved efficiency. 100% of the billings were realized on this implementation.

Solutions Architect and Project Management – Directed the design and implementation of an enterprise-wide software solution that automated virtually every aspect of the operations of a high-end custom furniture manufacturer. The implementation resulted in an immediate annual savings of over $100,000. This new infrastructure facilitated a four-fold expansion of revenue while maintaining a constant administrative headcount.

Planning and Organization – Collaborated with ownership to direct, plan, and organize the design and implementation of a service management system. The service management system made the timely response to customer service and government information requests possible.

Consulting and Data Conversion – Worked with the CFO of a national association to guide their data conversion to Black Baud's Financial Edge. The data conversion was delivered on time and all billings were collected.

Management – IT director reporting to the CEO of a $120,000,000 national distributor of computers and peripherals. Maintained the internal systems (ERP, CRM) and network. Managed vendors to service level agreements.

Relationship Management and Consulting – Nurtured a client relationship that resulted in the sale or of over $500,000 in services and software. Annual billings to this client were approximately $15,000 prior to taking charge of this account.
