Production of secondary butyl alcohol by using indirect hydration of n-butene Secondary butyl alcohol is one of the major product in cetex petrochemicals.There are two ways of producing the secondary butyl alcohol.we prefer to use by using indirect hydration.Our ain of the project is to increase the production rate by altering the design of distillation column and condenser which plays the major role in the process.
