Working Environment:

Working with Transaction Audit using AS/400 for reliable Transmission of Data and Software supported by JDA Inc. OPOS (Othaim Point of Sales), DSD Receiving System, Back Office, Intranet, MS Office Applications. Responsible also for coordinating thru IT Department and System Security of the Branch

Duties and Responsibilities:

To Transfer / receive (invoice) / Return stock to vendor, supplier and Inventory Control and complete record of outgoing and incoming products.

Responsible for giving orders to the vendor as per advice or approval by storekeeper with reference to what is allowed by JDA min/max system

To make daily, weekly, and monthly sales report

To monitor the Staff and assist them regarding the problem they encounter on the price of items, and how to operate computer peripherals for smooth operation of branch store.

To Check and Adjust the Minimum and Maximum stock of items.

To check some of items which is not available in the branch and make an special order to the supplier

Responsible for printing shelf label for the updated price obtained from the Back Office system /update SMS application

To maintain the exact price in Barcode, Shelf Labels to prevent or eliminate customer complaint and problem.

To make a report for some items which is not found and not for sale items

Responsible for making discrepancy report

To monitor some items which is not moving and over stock.

Responsible for adjustment as needed to correct wrong inventory and sales. (Financial or Regular Adjustment).

Responsible for making log reports concerning technical related problems (e.g. Communication Network problem.POS Machine problem. Updating application as per request by the IT Department.

To coordinate with IT and Operation Department, manager, Supervisors, Storekeeper, Salesman and Merchandiser Team
