Dear hiring manager,
As an administrative professional with over ten years’ experience, I know my diverse skills and qualifications will make me an asset to your team. With nearly a decade of experience working in various managerial administrative positions, my focus is on finding a job where my skills will be a valuable asset. As you will see from the attached resume, I’ve built my career in a variety of roles and industries. One of my work experience includes senior administrative jobs for DynCorp International, a very large company providing all logistical support to the US Army in Kandahar NATO Base in Afghanistan where I worked 12 hours per day and 7 days a week in harsh war zone environment. I am used to working overtime and various working hours, and working with large and diverse group of people. My managerial administrative jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina includes successful construction company whose profit is over a million dollars each year and with each year the company has more employees and machinery for renting to other construction companies. My latest job is setting up a new subsidiary sister company for the director and owner of my previous job, but this company is agency for support and assistance with collecting damage fees in any legal dispute. My current work position is Marketing Manager and administrative support and I am in charge of 12 people and all administrative support in the company.
In addition to being flexible and responsive, I’m also a fanatic for details, particularly when it comes to presentation. One of my recent projects involved presentation of the company where we scored several construction opportunities in Germany and Croatia. I recently passed IELTS Academic level with score 7.5 out of 9, but even before that, I served as a translator from English to Bosnian and vice versa for each company I worked for.
Some of my duties included managing anywhere from 15 to 30-plus employees, preparing weekly staff schedules, analyzing sales figures, setting reasonable weekly performance goals and providing constructive feedback. I will require LMIA since I am not currently living in Canada and don’t have work visa. I appreciate your consideration and look forward to hearing from you. Warmest regards,
Anela Par
