Drive and provide direction to the ERP Project Management Office, Non ERP Project Management Office, Quality Assurance and Regional IT leaders to improve efficiency, productivity and quality, focused in internal customer service
Direct key initiatives to support business objectives and requirements, including all IT medium-large projects, e-commerce projects and corporate strategic plan re-structuring and synergy projects after new acquisitions
