I led the pricing and merchandising team, but that does not give the full story of the job. I am a key carrier in the store, I open and close by myself. I do everything that salaried managers do, except with hourly wage. I Ran the store with only 2 other managers for 3 months. Upon getting a new store manager, I was quickly promoted to the hardlines lead from softlines. I have extensive knowledge of pricing and merchandising. I have extensive knowledge of registers and their inner workings. I am manager on duty all the time, and fix issues when they arise. I also deal with customer complaints. Extensive knowledge in all store operations, while also making schedules, and approving transactions. I handle the safe and money as well as call offs. Experience in everything a store manager would do or have to know.

Supervised a crew of 6 workers on a construction project. Managed people by delegating jobs, came up with efficient ways to complete tasks, learned new functions of the job on the fly, fixed issues on the fly, and coordinated with the boss. Worked with a MIT scanner on the interstate to scan the bars beneath the concrete. Ran the machine, and collected the data. Made sure to send the data off to the analyst in a proper amount of time. Worked with heavy equipment, cones, did some traffic work.
