2. PROFILE

I graduated in business management. I worked for a telecommunications company as a part-time customer service worker where I gained a good understanding of how things are done in a telecommunication company and experience in the work of telecommunications. Team for the best achievement of the objectives of the organization. I worked for a dairy company where I organized and managed products, customers and especially finances.

After my studies, I also worked on my personal account in the trade of food and other products between Goma and Kinshasa (farm products, agricultural products and jute packaging bags). I ensured the logistics of the goods between the places of purchase and the destination by making the connection between the suppliers and their customers in the places of consumption (Goma or Kinshasa). Since May 2017 I have administratively assisted the office of the Provincial Coordination in different tasks in professional training.

I am able to work alone or in a team and I can manage the administrative tasks because that is what concerned my university training.

May 2017- : Professional trainee at the Provincial Coordination Office of the Great Lakes Region Trade Facilitation Project of the Ministry of Commerce and financed by the World Bank where I coordinated the provincial coordination the secretariat, the logistics, and the communication:
