• Primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Develop, implement and maintain various HR policies and training including Health and Safety, Workplace Violence and Harassment, Accessibility Program, Vacation Policy, Medical Marijuana Policy and Fit for Duty Policy.
