Description: We have used STAAD Pro for the analysis and design of our stadium since it is a software which reducesthe time and difficulty to manually find the various effects on the structure .To cross check the validity ofthe results obtained in STAAD pro we have manually calculated the reaction on a truss frame and the same parameters were analyzed using the software and the results. In each of them were equal thereby validating the accuracy of the software .
