Resume:

Dennis L Walls, Pharm.D.

**** ****** *** ~ Colorado Springs, CO 80919 ~ 320-***-**** ~ ac7sjf@r.postjobfree.com I’ve been employed for the past 15 years at Saint Cloud Hospital, a Level 2 trauma center with 489 licensed beds in central Minnesota. Over that time I have rotated throughout a wide variety of clinical settings at our hospital. I believe these experiences have made me a well-rounded pharmacist and I am confident that I can provide a valuable contribution to your department and the customers and medical staff you provide services to and collaborate with.

My wife and I have wanted to live in Colorado for many years, we are originally from Nebraska. When our oldest son moved to Denver and then our daughter and her family moved to the Springs, we knew that it was time to leave MN. We have purchased a home by the Rockrimmon area and are extremely excited to begin this next chapter of our lives in such a beautiful part of the world. I served 4 years in the Air Force prior to starting college and that experience taught me the meaning of team work and dependability. I am dedicated to helping my fellow colleagues in any way that I can to get the job done. Enclosed is my resume for your review. I welcome the opportunity to discuss with you personally how my skills and strengths can best serve your organization. Thank you for your time and consideration. References can be provided at your request. Sincerely,

Dennis L Walls, Pharm.D.
