Duties: constant communication with the Latin American Growers (Spanish speaking), feedback on regards to t the quality and quality issues the product reports upon arrival to any of the facilities, this communication is also done with the Commodity Managers and the Commodity Inventory Controller before the product Is allocated so they can plan accordingly based on quality. Verify and inform the Growers of any charges due to non compliances and/or rejections due to quality issues or other kind of issues (packaging etc). Generate reports and create reports for historical tendencies for analysis for future cycles. Advise growers to the best of my knowledge of the possible causes of the quality issues as well as possible solutions to implement to lower percentages or eradicate issue or improve quality of the product. Verify the grower has the correct specifications for the different pack presentations thru N2N system (Share-ify LLC). Define with the Commodity Managers and Commodity Controller if the quality of the product requires for product to be inspected by the USDA (US Department of Agriculture) to help define the direction of the product based on results of the inspection and communicate with the Grower the results and direction. Create Do Forms (doforms.com) to help Growers, Commodity Managers and Commodity Inventory Controller get an overview of the incoming loads as well as the shelf life of the product. 10/10-04/15 Mastronardi Produce LTD USA (Livonia, MI) Import Coordinator Procurement Department
