Maintaining day to day works handling manpower plants & Transports,
Day works records preparing & maintaining, Monitoring Labour hours by the software of EPHR & Time soft Version- 6.03 & 7.07,
Daily wise absent list Staff & Operatives every day forward to head office HR Department,
Allocates the work force (Both staff &Labour) to various site/location/supervisor as instructed by the Administrator & Project Manager,
Collects allocation sheets from site-in-charges, Audits the ‘clocked’ hrs of tradesman’s and staffs,
Prepares the hired tradesmen monthly time sheets coordinate with Administrator and get approval from Project Manager,
Random site checks to make 100 % output from the workforce by not allowing workers to take extra rest/break hrs and late reporting, early leaving etc.
Maintained proper records of employees proceeding on leave, returning from leave, absconded, resigned and terminated etc.
Prepares Monthly Time sheets for all vehicles (both Internal & External Hired) and coordinate with Administrator get it approved by project manager,
Requisition for Plants and Equipment’s -Hire /off hire /Replacement /Movement/ Extension etc. and follow up with Plant division,
Cross-checks the external hired vehicles invoices with actual and get approval from Project Manager,
Transportation arrangement for both labours’ and staff coordinate with Administrator. Heavy duty and Light duty vehicles arrangements for all site activities,
Coordinates with Main Plant Department for vehicles service and repair. Prepare the Daily / Weekly / Monthly Progress reports for consultant, main contractors,
planning and safety Dept. Prepare gang wise report weekly & Monthly,
Co-ordinate with H R department & Admin department for: - Leave, Air ticket and Leave benefits,
Passport and Visa renewals & enquiries,
Medical reimbursement and other reimbursements,
Salary distribution for both laborers and Staff,
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure,
