Directly responsible for materials, operations, resource management, forecasting, & quality for the Tile Division (team of 25+). Also accountable for subcontractors, inventory control, fleet, & Safety for the company.

Major Achievements:

● Utilizing Lean Six Sigma to restructure the department; check sheets, visual schedule board, inventory control, zero-defect, & team training focus on improved safety, quality, and communication. Recognized reduced overtime by 16.1%, reduced staff by 6.8% (exempt & non-exempt) & reduced WIP.

● Restructured all subcontractors with KPI, and SLA resulting in reduced turnover, minimized call backs, & realized bottom line cost downs of over 3.8% in the 1st year.
