Conduct feasibility type studies (ex. Evaluate door panels, bumpers, sill sides, waist line and door handles building technology for use in multiple plants). Provide technical assistance to manufacturing facilities as they industrialize new technology.

Apply technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes with production quality problems. Respond to day-to-day quality issues.

Develop new processes on existing equipment. Complete projects with a mid- to long-term focus. Advise team leaders in efficient use of manpower.

Provide support equipment, tooling, and materials. Oversee process support activities to include torque quality management. Guide engineers and tool room technical supports on purchasing and specifications for manufacturing aids and misc. items and operational aspects of process equipment.

Oversaw project to eliminate product spillage at #7 Belt Conveyor Tower.

Compiled list of plant equipment numbers; transferred information to Excel spreadsheet.

Eliminated dusting at #1 and #4 Packing Machines by recommending installation of a cleanup conveyor screw to capture and redirect product (that drops into a hopper causing dusting) to the basement screw and elevator.

Created Packer/Operator daily procedures to improve housekeeping in the Packhouse.
