The HR System supports Employee On- boarding, Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, Workers' Compensation, Time & Attendance, Online Forms & Documents, Benefits Administration, Scheduling, Payroll Integration.

The Benefits system supports Open enrollment, Benefits Wizard and Administration, Employees view, track completed/uncompleted enrollments.


Project: Micro Merchant Systems.

Description: I worked as Team Lead (Principal Software Engineer) in Digital Processing Systems. We developed a product solution called PrimeRx Suite for the USA Client Micro Merchant Systems, running on more than 2500 pharmacies in USA. This system covers whole cycle that begins from Dr’s Prescription till Medicine Delivery and payment either in cash or insurance reimbursement. I worked on almost all Applications, mainly PrimeRx, PrimeWeb, Prime Update, Prime POS (Point of Sale), Fax Server, PrimeDMS, Prime ESC, Customer Support System, Electronic Rx and Prime Delivery. I also did Hardware interfacing (Electronic Dispensing Machine, Signature Pad, Fax Modem, PDA, Barcode Reader, Batch Scanner and Batch Printer) with the system.

PrimeRx: Claims Processing : Transmit claims through the Internet using EDI, Electronic Rx : Certified by SureScripts. Ability to fill New Rx, Refill Requests, Rx Change and Cancel Rx electronically, Refill Management suite, Batch Refills, Profit Watch Tool, Nursing Home, Electronic Reconciliation, Inventory, Accounts Receivables, Bin Management, Document Management. Complete Pharmacy Automation.

It communicates with multiple vendors like ScriptPRO, Parata, AutoMed, Innovate, Kirby Lester and pretty much all other manufacturers to ensure automation in pharmacy

PrimeWeb : Micro Merchant’s work flow optimization tool that connects patients, doctors, health facilities and pharmacies. By making it easier for all parties to communicate, day-to-day business processes are optimized for maximum productivity.

Prime Delivery: solution for managing patient deliveries. Delivery Persons can login with their own login initials and password into the Delivery Module, create Delivery Batch and check in deliveries. By using the wireless handheld device signatures can be saved electronically in the patients database which saves a lot of time during audits and verification of delivery.

Prime POS (Point of Sale): IIAS Compliant. Process FSA Credit and Debit cards, Ability to hold transactions for later processing, Ability to setup multiple cash drawers on each terminal allowing two cashiers to operate the same terminal without mix up. PrimeESC (Electronic Signature Capture): Allows to use the signature pad as a customer display device as well as capture Rx pickup and Credit Card signatures, My Store Dashboard to conveniently review store performance and other leading indicators in one place,, Comprehensive array of reports, Fax Server and Prime Delivery.

Did Hardware interfacing (Signature Pad, Fax Modem and PDA) with the system.

Customer Support System : New Requirements or Complains regarding PrimeRx Suite can be registered and Tracked in this App.

Prime Update: An always connected App through which Pharmacies can send and Receive Info (Data Files, Control Files, Execute SQL etc).

Prime Server: This App is Control Panel for Prime Update Application.

For UAE Pharmacy Product I have also worked on the Following Applications.

EzRx : ePrescription, Prior Approval and Claims Remittance (integration with HAAD)

EzPOS : Point of Sale System integrated with EzRx.

eInventory : Inventory System for chain of Pharmacies, Purchase Order, Sales Order, Pharmacy to Pharmacy Transfer.

Accounts Management System : for Pharmacies and Warehouse.

F3 Technologies

Project: Care MonX System.

Environment: Visual Studio 2005.

Tools: VC# Framework 2.0, Service Oriented Architecture.

Description: I worked as Sr. Software Engineer in F3 Technologies.

We developed a Product, related to Health Care, called Care MonX. This was a real time Microsoft logo certified product. Microsoft has decided to sell this product on our behalf. Its main Modules are Care MonX Call Taker, Care MonX Dispatcher, Care MonX AVL (Active Vehicle Location), Care MonX Triage Screen, Care MonX Client, Care MonX Admin, Care MonX Reporting. I worked on all Modules. Care MonX CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) that runs in Control Center that takes calls of emergency or planned transfer, keeps track of distributed vehicles throughout the country. Whenever an incident occurs anywhere it locates and informs nearest ambulances through the Care MonX AVL and guides them to the incident location through System. In response to this information ambulance reaches and picks patients. Form using digital pen is filled by EMTs in ambulance and when clicked on a specified area of form and data is sent to Control Center and in Specified Hospital.

Defibrillator (integrated with System) takes reading of Temperature, Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate, ECG etc and is send to Control Center where it Flashes on Care MonX Triage Screens of Control Center and Specified Hospital. Hospital Staff makes arrangements accordingly. Data is inserted into the system as the treatment proceeds and is available for Reporting Services later.

In Care MonX Admin there is Profile Management, Fleet Management, Inventory Management, Duty Roster, User Management (Role Based) and Reporting.

I solely worked on Reporting Module (using CR 9.0) web service based that was Microsoft Logo Certified.

AS a Software Engineer in NRTC

I worked as Software Engineer in National Radio Telecommunication Corporation. Where our team developed and enhanced a Software called Integrated Manufacturing Management System (IMMS) using Visual C# and SQL Server 7.0.I participated in the automation of HR, Finance, Production, Production Planning and Control, Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing and Maintenance, Deletion Cell, Cumulative Provident Fund, Quality Assurance, Costing and Store Modules. Did Technical documentation using Visio 2000.

Developed Software called Documents Online which is an Integral part of IMMS. This Software maintains Products Documents (lot wise) for all kinds of Projects.

I also worked on Project Planning Using Primavera Project Planner. Developed Billing Software for PFX-5200C Local Exchange.

Informatics Gallery a s/w company in STP-1 (Islamabad). During my internship there I worked lonely on a project that telephonically receive Utility bills and commit the transaction. Through this Software you can submit your utility bills from within or outside the Country.


Voice To Text Editor :

Which converts voice (whatever is dictated to it) into Text. Play back the dictated voice or text written through K.B on editor. Provides Editing Facilities through voice (cut, copy, paste etc). Command and control (menu handling, control characters) through voice, Voice Training, Microphone Setup, Dynamically adding words into Dictionary.

Tools Used: Visual C++, SAPI (using COM).

It was a solo project.
