● Tax Revolution Institute,Kennesaw, GA
Executive Assistant/Marketing Assistant
SEPT 2016 - APR 2018
My duties included scheduling appointments, planning travel arrangements and organizing all events and appearances for the Executive Director of Tax Revolution Institute. The Executive Director often relied on me to represent the organization at national conferences and I was also responsible for the planning of exhibits and presentations. I also handled expense reporting for the Executive Director and maintained the Marketing Department’s budget. As the Marketing Assistant, my duties included providing aid to the Marketing Director in the creation and production of all of the organization’s media, online, printed and video. For both of these executives, my services included ensuring completion of both professional tasks and personal matters in a timely and confidential manner.
● New Leaf Vapor Company,Kennesaw, GA
General Manager/Marketer
APR 2013 - DEC 2016
My duties included overseeing all retail operations, maintaining inventory levels, monitoring and submitting payroll, scheduling, interviewing and hiring of employees, and ensuring a high level of satisfactory customer service. During my time at New Leaf, upper management saw fit for me to manage a total of 3 different stores, each of which were new brick and mortar locations, because of the success of the stores where I had previously managed. During this time, I brokered a sponsorship deal between Cox Radio and New Leaf Vapor Company to sponsor The Big Ticket and First Coast Music Fest in 2014, two major music festivals, for the means of corporate promotion. This sponsorship package helped New Leaf Vapor Company grow from an upstart company to the largest and most successful electronic cigarette company in the region in under one year. Because of my marketing successes, the owner asked me to relocate to Kennesaw, GA to manage and promote the company’s newest location in November 2015. I helped New Leaf Vapor Company expand into the Atlanta market, which I gladly did until my departure in December 2016.
● LaQuinta Inn and Suites,Kennesaw, GA

I was responsible for cleaning all the the common areas of the hotel every shift as well as performing the night audit and closing out the day of business via the payroll and reporting online system. I also handled preparing the lobby area for breakfast and ensuring all early morning deliveries were handled prior to the end of my shift. This was a second job for me as I was managing New Leaf Vapor Company as a full time manager at the same time. As the Overnight Desk Clerk at LaQuinta, I also worked no less than 40 hours a week.
