• Maintain the company’s brand and marketing strategies by elevating the master brand from a trusted automotive merchant to be seen internationally as an investment partner of choice. I have provided multiple internal brand training sessions to almost 160 associates to introduce the company brand story and positioning, to drive them understand the benefits of brand consistency and compliance to the overall businesses.

• Guardian of the brand identity, ensure alignment to the brand guidelines, narrative, style and applications, including the development and deployment of the bespoke digital brand asset management portal, and brand identity guidelines.

• Working globally with the marketing teams and production agencies to ensure the budget and time-line are respected, follow up and approve the creative and different executions of print/digital marketing campaigns and event activities related to automotive, real estate, consumer products, insurance, logistics, etc.

• Coordinate with the human resources department to interview and hire new members within the marketing department to develop several marketing and event projects.

• Lead the creative concepts development jointly with our external agencies by first providing a clear and understandable brief, then overseeing the creative proposals, in additional to the budget allocations, and time-line process in order to obtain high quality brand awareness campaigns and event activities.

• Manage the creation of the company corporate video storyboard, develop and record the English and Arabic voiceover content, and oversee the film shooting in different locations, in addition to the video editing supervision.

• Managed the launch events of the new real estate subsidiary ‘Arabtec Properties during the International Cityscape Abu Dhabi, by working with our internal stakeholders and external event management/production agencies, to deliver a successful stands and excited activities where we have launched five residential and mixed use luxurious projects. The time-lapse and the 4 days events in addition to the testimonial clips were filmed and incorporated into one movie which was published in our website and social media channels.

• As part of the company’s partnership with Manchester City Football Club in the UK, I have led two events during the Premier League 2014 season inside the VIP lounge at Etihad Stadium - UK. We have invited and hosted our key clients to watch the football games and promote multiple new projects and signing deals inside our VIP lounge. Oversaw the logistics of our client’s trips, accommodation and access to the stadium, give-aways production, video and photo shooting.

• Oversee and implement the overall corporate business and brand strategies of the company to develop high quality creative concepts for TV, print, online media and internal communications for the our residential, commercial and retail projects.

• Participate, develop and approve the creative concepts of the company’s launch of new projects such as Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Formula 1 Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Waterworld theme park, etc., as well as multiple real estate exhibitions, partnerships, conferences, internal team buildings, family days, mall promotion campaigns, etc.

• Deliver and execute the creative concepts of the events, supervise and support our production partners to maintain high quality movie production for all the events and promotions to be utilised in our digital and traditional communication channels.

• Develop and deploy the brand identity guidelines and drive awareness and compliance both at a brand and legal level, in addition to the development of new brands for the company products portfolio.

• Develop multiple in-house high quality creative print and digital design concepts to position the company as the leading marketer and distributor of fuels to commercial, government customers throughout the UAE.

• Manage and execute different exhibition stand designs, and liaise with the external event management partners to review and approve the creative proposals and work with them on-site during the production process.

• Assign video and photography production companies to record and develop the best and engaged moments during the events and ensure quality control is maintained and obtain professional movies and clips to be used in the website and company screens.

• Working closely with the design team and copywriters to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client’s brief and present high quality design concepts.

• Commissioning photographers, artists or film-makers to work on different accounts, visiting and working in editing suites to oversee the finished product.

• Develop and execute films and interactive CDROMs for the ministry of tourism, to promote Tunisia’s culture and tourism internationally to be considered as one e of best destinations in North Africa.

• Approached to be one of the Tunisian artists to create and execute several symbolic and enjoyable artistic floats to be exposed during the carnival of Sousse - Tunisia.

• Six months evening freelancer theatre decorator in one of the hotels in Tunisia. Design and execute all theatrical background scenes to match the different show thems that were presented to the tourists and visitors of the hotel.
