Cover Letter

As a recruiter I am aware that depending on your point of view my resume probably tells one of two stories.

Often the story says "Hmmm... she has a lot of experience but, all the contracting work makes me wonder what is weird about her?" Why hasn’t she been offered or pursued a fulltime role with any of these companies?

or the story is "She's done a lot of contracting, maybe she has professional commitment issues and she won’t be happy here"

Neither of these statements are correct. When PRI relocated to DE I was asked to go with them. However, that wasn't the best move for my family. I decided to try contracting so that I would not run into issues with my no compete clause in the industry where I have the most experience. Also, so I could quickly become acclimated with the current processes and tools. It has allowed sharpen my skill set across various business verticals, and to build relationships with organization leaders and professionals alike. I do not regret the decision to contract for the last couple of years but, I am ready to plant my flag and grow with one company. I appreciate the opportunity for that company to be yours.
