SUMMARY

My employment career has centered around two main fields: Computer and Networking technical roles as well as Customer Service and Sales Support roles. Each position in sales, collections, technician, or supervisor, has enabled me to utilize my skill set in customer support. I am currently looking forward to leveraging my varied skills and education toward an opportunity in which my background in electro-mechanical equipment repair and management as well as my various experiences in retail, sales, merchandising, field operations and customer service can help to successfully achieve company or organizational goals as well as raise efficiency and productivity. Some of the attributes and experiences I have developed include over 17 years of computer, networking, communications, security, database, and related professional technical experience. I have developed a high-level of computer literacy including technical proficiency in various web- based software applications, the Windows Operating System, Windows Server Environment, SQL Database Administration, Exchange Server Administration as well as office productivity applications such as the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Additionally, I possess strong analytical, organizational, multitasking and problem solving skills; a high degree of self-motivation; an ability to address and diplomatically resolve inter-personal conflict via customer service. • Daily management of retail operations as Store Manager.
