From the cell-id we have the Latitude and Longitude of the particular Mobile number (Location Based) Store in the Airtel and Vodafone MSC (HLR and VLR). This location is used with Airtel Emergency Service (55100 Emergency services) Airtel owned service in INDIA.

Basically this service from the Airtel provide their and others Location (latitude and longitude) to the Subscribed Airtel users.

Here we send the message (Text) in encode form and at the Receiver side we receive the message in the Text format. Uses the Pyaudio and Numpy Python Modules to perform the numerous complex calculation on Arrays.

Same algorithm is implemented on the Android Team side to make the communication between two Android phones in vicinity without the need of the internet and Bluetooth.
