Established and directed JCPenney's Oracle Center of Excellence (OCOE) in Plano and Bangalore. Developed and deployed state of the art Oracle RMS solution. Collaborated with Microsoft in utilizing Microsoft state-of-the-art technology to address HP’s eCommerce storefronts and call center applications needs. Results: HP was able to realize over $10 million in cost savings by consolidating development and support activities while providing new capabilities globally.
Implemented storefront and call center eCommerce solution for Public Sector Segment. Developed and led a large team of developers and analysts to implement public and private eCommerce stores for Public Sector segment (Government, Education and Healthcare customers). Implementation also included both the electronic storefronts and telesales tools. Results: HP preserved and grew segment that represents over $2 billion in direct revenue.

Implemented first international enabled storefront and call center eCommerce solution. Managed a team of 33 individual contributors who, in the span of 8 months, successfully developed, deployed and sustained 5 international public websites. The eCommerce solution enabled multi-lingual and multi-currency capabilities used in Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. Results: HP preserved and grew eCommerce areas by 50% in direct revenue and return on investment.

Managed first consolidated eCommerce Data Management group. Managed a team of 4 distinct data management teams that included data content, configuration, data resolution and support groups. Responsibilities included managing business relationship for selecting 3rd party configuration tool as well as Compaq’s relationship with the external vendor. Results: Compaq was able to realize over $5 million in cost savings by consolidating data management groups while providing new content capabilities globally.
