I am a Food Science professional with 7+ years’ experience, after my bachelor’s degree. I obtained my BS from Food Science department majoring in Food Technology in 2011. I have since then worked in multiple industries and pursued my MS in Food Technology. After completing my MS, at 2015 I had the opportunity to move to the United States as a permanent resident and decided to take the opportunity for a second master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. This was a golden opportunity for me since UIUC is a highly accredited institution and houses well known academicians providing very strong technical background to the students and wide connections in the industry.
