Employee at Ministry of Public Works (MoPW), Asset Management Department:

Maintain FMIS system in Asset ManagementDepartments of MoPW.

Prepare B 27 form and its supporting documents in FMIS system of MoPW.

Prepare the M 16 form and its supporting documents in FMIS system of MoPW.

Follow up of allotment and payment voucher documents with MoF.

Getting the various financial and asset management reports from FMIS system.

Record goods in recording cards according to M 7 & FS 5 and enter them to FMIS system.

Keeping up date the FMIS system.

Reporting on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to Asset management general manager.
