REGIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – AMERICAS (2016 to Present)
Leads a team of 5 technology professionals supporting 15 facilities across the US, Canada and Mexico. Coordinates and manages a $8.4M budget across 6 different business units. Coordinates support for 5 different ERP systems (Baan, Sage 300, IFS, AccPac, Encompix) and works with the global AX migration team to ensure successful transitions for the business units in NA. Led project to migrate from VMware to a more highly virtualized environment using MS Hyper V.

Managed the MPLS upgrade project for all NA sites.
