REGIONAL SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER – AMERICAS (2016 to Present)

Leads a team of 5 technology professionals supporting 15 facilities across the US, Canada and Mexico. Coordinates and manages a $8.4M budget across 6 different business units. Managed North American components of 4 acquisitions in 36 months, and as the lead project manager for the most recent divestiture.

Led project to migrate from VMware to a more highly virtualized environment using MS Hyper V.

Migrated acquired company technology including all assets, domains, licensing, contracts and data networks. Successfully completed within 72 hours.

Managed the MPLS upgrade project for all NA sites.

Planned, coordinated and delivered the complete physical data center move from SC to NY within 22 hours. Move included all racks, switches and server hardware plus coordination with multiple data providers.
