Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams for IT technical projects from concept to delivery consistently meeting timeline, quality and budget goals. Worked with Senior Business Managers to streamline process for schedule tasks and dates across product team ensuring that the team stays on track to meet the project schedule on time and within budget.

Worked with IT managers and project core team to align schedules, solutions dependencies with other inflight projects. Managing IT development projects managers using Agile processes.

Involved in hiring and employee reviews for their performance. Provided guidance and mentoring of staff.

The role was also as a change management manager to identify risk/issues. Provided solutions and process improvements to drive alignment with core project team. Lead projects in AT&T Integrated Cloud Operations and App Hosting for Customers. Worked with design teams for wireless user experience (UX) Mobile Apps, Telecom software/system deployment in Cloud based solutions. Lead the Cloud organization through growing pains with 90% on-time projects completions.

Worked as Client Program Manager supporting Product Managers, Marketing Team for Product and Service roll outs for projects from concept/initiation and managing through Project Life Cycle to launch, lessons learned and closing the project.
