As Systems Manager of Air-India, has implemented Real-Time systems Reservations (CRS), Departure Control Systems (DCS) for Commercial Airlines. Designed and Developed Real-Time Systems for Airlines Airport and Flight Operations including Security systems and passenger-baggage reconciliation system; one of the few airlines to introduce Passenger-Baggage reconciliation in 1989.

Developed IATA EDI/EDIFACT DCS standards while in Air-India and XML Data Exchange in Air-India.

Designed and developed a Financial Accounting package to support Multi-Co and Multi-Division set-up in commercial sector. The system covered AR, AP, Invoices, billing and Revenue accounting, Expenditure accounting, Asset and Depreciation, Ledgers, Cash management, Payroll and Bill of Materials
