(Williamston, NC) - Construction Manager 4/12 to 7/18 Retained to assist full-service GC in the development of client relations and management of onsite activities for multiple projects at the VA Hospital, Salisbury location (3 year duration). Duties evolved to subcontracting site demolishing, metal stud framing, drywall, flooring, acoustical ceilings, millwork, doors and hardware for clients such as Aldi, Food Lion, Walgreens and Publix. Projects ranged from up-fits/expansions to ground-up.
