Job Description:

Supporting payroll department activities and efficiency by gathering and entering employee time and wage data within the department’s time management system. In addition, managing benefit and withholding data for employees to ensure that taxes and other withholdings are properly calculated for each payroll period. In addition playing a central role in compliance and fraud detection, carefully reviewing time submissions and alerting their department heads to inconsistences or discrepancies in time reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

Compute earnings of workers by referring to their annual salary or timesheet to discover hours worked.

Receiving Daily time sheet from supervisors, Foreman, General Foreman.

Printing of updated time sheet formats for field timekeeper and site supervisors.

Posting Daily time sheet in track.

Initiate payroll during appropriate time and print off checks.

Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.

Maintaining file for timekeeping record (sick / annual /unpaid leave, resignation, termination, transfer etc.)

Making general report (Daily / weekly, manpower report, Employee absent report, man-hours summary.

Coordinate with HR / Payroll dept. regarding different queries.

Coordinate with transport dept. in order to arrange transportation for employees.

Updating & Keeping record of medical certificate / Sick leave.

Check exempt and non-exempt statuses of employees.

Perform calculations from worksheets and work tickets.

Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.

Manage input of bonuses and commission.

Marinating the time card of the company and supply employees.

Ensure timecards have proper signatures upon submission.

Arranging & scheduling safety induction for all employees.

Compute total time worked by employees, posts time worked to master time sheet, and routs time sheet to payroll department.

Balance payroll runs.

Academic Qualification:

Graduation from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh (India)

Higher Secondary from B.M.G.N Inter College Bakhira, Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh (India)
