Review Contract Agreement, Technical Specification and Bill of Quantities ( BOQ ) .

Study project technical specifications to determine appropriate construction methods statement.

Leads and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager,in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and procurement tools required)to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project .

Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with QA/Q C and technical specifications.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.

Ensure that all activities are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources.

Follow-up time schedule program.

Reviewing all the shop drawings of project.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review Contract Agreement, Technical Specification and Bill of Quantities ( BOQ ) .

Preparing Material submittals plan and approvals for common items & equipment's.

Preparing the Method Statement, shop drawings submittals plan & approvals.

Coordinate between structural, architectural, plumping and electrical drawings to try to solve any conflicts between or submitted required RFI’s.

Participating in the periodic meetings, supporting the Project Manager technically and managerially.

Monitoring delays Caused by Consultant, Owner or any reason stated in the Agreement Causing Impact in time, Cost or Both to Prepare and Submit Claims.

• Supervisor and Follow up of Quantities survey for all items of BOQ.

• Contracting with sub contractors & preparing invoices.

• Preparing weekly, monthly reports.

• Preparing the owner invoices with all supported documents.

• Follow-up time schedule program, Progress Meetings .

The Project cost of 50 million Egyptian pounds - consists of a Main building - Animal house and services building - Ground tank .

The Main Building Consists of a basement + ground + four typical floors on pile foundations. All types of Concretes, Normal Finishing, Specialized Finishes such as Koreans, Allaminit, Vinyl Antistatic, parquet.

The implementation of the two operating rooms Stainless capsule system at a cost of 3 million

Ground Tank, with a capacity of 110 m 3 raised on Pile Foundations.
