I have come to believe that experience only drives passion even further. Which has been my point of focus in the past 15 years to make sure that every dish executed maintains an impeccable global standard of fine cuisine and culinary arts.


Diploma of Hotel Management from the Arabic University in Amman-Jordan. (2001-2003)


I am very adaptive and can easily cope with sudden changes and accommodate to deliver the same quality of product no matter the circumstance.

I can manage catering events and have experience in catering for up to 400 guests.

I am experienced with financial reporting and cost control.

I lead by example and often personally invest in my co-workers to maintain the desired standard of F&B service.

Aspirations I aspire to reach an executive chef position within a few years time while further enhancing my culinary experience and fine taste.

Practical Experience (Current – Past)

Senior Sous Chef (July 2015 – Current) :

I have been working as a Sr. Sous Chef in IHG’s Holiday Inn, in Dead Sea – Jordan. Throughout this period I have been in charge of the kitchen while directly executing and supervising every buffet that is prepared alongside our a la carte menu. I have utilized Arabic, French, Italian, Asian, and other international cuisines In day-to-day buffets to cater to our international guests’ satisfaction.

Executive Chef (April 2014 – June 2015) :

Throughout this period I have worked in Durrat Al-Rimal Restaurant in Saudi Arabia whilst being responsible for all daily operations in the kitchen along with making all food item orders and maintaining and raising profit margins with new and exciting menu items that combine rustic flavors with modern presentations. Moreover I have experienced with Middle-eastern, Italian, Mexican, and Chinese cuisines throughout this period as well as recruiting and training our brigade of Chefs.

Chef de Partie (2005 – 2014) :

This has been a very crucial and beneficial stage in my career in Movenpick hotels and resorts, Dead Sea – Jordan; as it made me grow in taste and work ethic. Throughout this period I experienced with all different kitchen sections including but not limited to : cold kitchen, a la carte, Italian cuisine, Chinese cuisine, banquettes, buffets, and generally all events that took place.
