I would like to showcase my skills in leadership and customer experiences into your company gained through my previous/current experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Key Holder and Server. This will be a learning experience for me as a Human Resource Management professional along with bringing my skills to cater to your requirements.

I can work in a fast-paced environment, as I am outgoing, have personality, as well as have an ability to work as part of a team, and have a strong interest in HR functions. My experience in customer service and directly attaining to their needs is what I do best and hope to showcase that in a position such as yours. My past experience as a key holder and a server at a restaurant would prove to be an asset in an environment that expects strong teamwork and great communication. This is done by working in a team with more than 10 co-workers and being able to achieve the same goal. I have worked both in the retail and recruiting field and understand how to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

I have done an internship at WilsonHCG, which eventually turned into a full-time position that has provided me an experience into working towards an HR professional career. My work as an intern within the company that is now a full-time position showcases that I will put my experience and dedication into the job. In this position I gained exceptional communication skills with regards to clients and hiring managers. Political acuity as well as knowing how to speak to hiring manager is important in this role as they are our clients. My communication skills from working in the customer service field proved to be beneficial in working in the recruiting field. Attention to detail was very important in this role as we had to screen multiple resumes and ensure that the applicants fit the role well adhering to its selection criteria’s. I was also a part of a project that was being done where we had to schedule calls with applicants to come into our offices for an interview with a hiring manager. This project made me attentive to detail as well as stay organized as we had to make more than 15 calls a day and stay on track. Currently I work as a Talent Acquisition Specialist assisting Hiring Managers in finding the best candidates for their company. This position calls for time management, communication, and the ability to work under stress which I showcase within this role. Working in these two positions at WilsonHCG is transferable to the responsibilities expected at your company. I have direct experience with working with relevant stakeholders, coordinating and maintaining relationships, achieving hiring goals, administrative duties, working in a confidential setting, and maintaining accurate data with our Applicant Tracking tool.
