-Monitor and schedule maintenance activities
-Reports creation and data analysis to help improve the overall plant performance. During my time as the planner, the Mechanical Efficiency of the Plant improved to 85% and higher every month which is being continued up to this day. The Mechanical Efficiency never went down to 85% as of this writing.
-Maintain and update inventory of parts and equipments being used
Production Section Manager (Reliever)
Responsibilities:
-Help in scheduling maintenance and bottling activities on a given day which helped avoid mechanical breakdowns which if converted to output would be losses for the company
-Reports creation and data analysis to help improve the overall plant Key Performance Indicators and provide input on how to improve the process.
-Supervise the production line as well as the personnel to make sure we are following the standard and quality required. Was part of the team which helped the plant pass the AIB (American Institute of Bakers) Audit (3rd party Food and Safety Audit) as well as the PepsiCo QAS audit for 2 consecutive years.
-Making sure that the quality of the beverage being produced is in accordance to the standard set by the Head Office of Pepsi Cola.
