RESPONSIBILITIES and JOB PROFILE:

Trough knowledge on operation of KHD HUMBOLDT kiln capacity of 4500TPD with double string ILC Preheater and Pyro Floor Cooler through CCR From SIEMENS Automation.

Worked as Sr.Engineer- One of the best plant in india KHD PLANT having capacity 6000 TPD with double string preheater, KHD roller press Mills with combi mode circuit (raw mill 500TPH,cement mill 350TPH), FLS ATOX 25 Mill (Coal mill 45 TPH). TECHNICAL SKILLS

-Develop Kiln/mills section daily, monthly and annual production plan according to pre-determined budgets while monitoring ongoing progress and updates current plans as required.

-Coordinate and control all plant units: Mines, Crusher, Material handling, raw mills, Kilns, Cement mills, Packing plant, Power plant and Water treatment plant. For operations and maintenance including startups, Shut downs and emergency management situations following established procedures.

-Plan, manage and participate in all Kiln/mills activities in order to ensure that Capacity, production plans and targets are met in the most cost-effective, reliable and safe manner.

-Exercises initiative and flexibility in meeting production challenges.

-Direct and supervise the operation of all the Kiln/mills to ensure that they operate according to established and required quality, safety and environmental standard.

-Ensure the effective achievement of Kiln/mills area objectives through the leadership by - setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal so as to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section.

-Continuously monitoring of all plant process lines using all available tools to ensure employee safety, stable equipment operation, equipment integrity within prescribed design limits and environmental regulations.

-Raise purchase requests of critical spares and follow-up with issuance of purchase orders.

-Deeply involved in the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) of plant stoppages.

-Participated in the development and update of the Standard Operating Procedures for Control Room Operators.

- Train up and supervise the subordinates for operation and maintenance.
