Assistant Manager McDonalds (4/14-current)

Duties include maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while running a smooth shift and ensuring accurate safe and register counts are maintained for the store.

I accepted the addition of several Assistant Store Manager tasks including crew hiring, crew and new manager training, weekly inventory management, and semi-weekly truck orders for all needed supplies as well as maintaining and fixing the store computer, registers, computer and networking systems, and all other electronics that ran the store.

Assistant Store Manager Subway (2/11-11/13)

Duties included being the acting night time store manager and all that entails such as all bank deposits and safe responsibilities, receiving truck orders, and helping maintain store inventory. I left organized communication and financial documents for the store's manager and owner.

I completed computerized price adjustments and sales layouts. I helped upgrade the store's cashless devices and networking systems as needed. I became reliable for general tech assistance.

Student Tech Embry Riddle University (8/08-2/10)

Duties included fixing their tech issues. Most fixes were simple software fixes (viruses, OS upgrades, program compatibility). I also completed basic hardware fixes including installing new keyboards, upgrading hard drives/ram cards, replace optical drives, ect.

I also responded to calls to fix problems instructor and students were experiencing in classrooms and labs with computers, projectors and audio/visual systems owned by the school.
