Academic Projects: Jun 2015- Dec 2016

Wireless Data Acquisition System Using ZigBee: Its objective is to control parameters like humidity, temperature, light, etc. wirelessly using ZigBee. The parameters have been measured by Temperature, humidity, humidity, light and soil moisture sensors.

ZigBee is a specification for a suit of high-level communication protocols used to create personal area networks built from small, low-powered digital radios. It is based on an IEEE 802.15.4 standard.

The workplace for wireless sensors networking was prepared and tried out. This workplace consists of development boards based on microcontrollers and ZigBee.

The interoperability and functionality of used software and hardware were confirmed to achieve sufficient coverage for flat or smaller house.

The practical range of this project is about 75-80 meters which defers with the theoretical value (ZIGBEE module).

It can be used in industries where these parameters must stay in some pre-defined limit and must not exceed the limit. They can be controlled automatically using the project.

OSPF (Open Shortest Path First):

Design a network with 8 routers connected together that utilizes OSPF as its routing protocol analyze the routing tables generated in the routers, and observe how the resulting routes are affected by assigning areas and enabling load balancing.

Creating a network topology on GNS3 and configuring all routers for line vty, password and then configuring for OSPF using Cisco IOS.
