Oversee various research and development projects, including new binder-based and thermal fiber-based products, needle-based mats, binder application, and fiberization.

Led process development team and analyzed cure quality of NAF binder-based pipe products, using plants air system.

oDefined, specified, and installed hot-air compressor-based system to deliver 400 scfm heated air for product curing.

Recommended manufacturing process changes capable of boosting sales by more than $1M to capture Canadian market for Mineral Wool product.

oImproved Piece Job Efficiency (PJE), Operational Efficiency (OE), and product stiffness by 10%.

oDetermined and recommended method to improve Mineral-wool production equipment for improved product performance by eliminating product bunching.

Managed and led development process methodologies, equipment, and process centerlines for production, packaging, and manufacture of products. Interfaced with manufacturing associates, re-furbished equipment for development, statistically designed experiments, analyzed design options, instituted robust slitting process, and led experimentations.
