DUTIES:

Head of Marketing for three different locations, two in Miami Beach and one in Key Biscayne

Welcome new recruits and demo all the Marketing materials for them.

Custom-build a Marketing strategy for agents that could include Print, Online and Email Marketing.

Lead a team of three that included a Graphic Designer and an Office Coordinator and myself.

Coordinate with Regional Marketing Director to institute company-wide Marketing strategies that would affect all processes and agents.

Lead efforts to design and print collateral materials for over 100 Real Estate agents.

Work closely with agents that need daily/weekly Social Media updates like graphics, videos and/or ad placements.

Work directly with Jeff Miller, Dario Stoka, Giorgio Vecchi, Carroll Cassis, Stephan Burke and other top agents to custom-tailor their Marketing needs.

Define budgets for certain Marketing campaigns and strike deals with publications.

Negotiate deals with publications such as OceanDrive, Miami Magazine, Miami Herald, Haven Magazine and Indulge.

Coordinate deadlines with said publications and inside team in order to create quarterly Marketing Calendars for agents to download from our Intranet.

Coordinate efforts to maintain our website. Upload docs, agent profiles, build landing pages and area or condo pages with new imagery and data.

Coordinate with Miami Board of Realtors in order to troubleshoot possible RETS-related errors on their end.

Design Brown Harris Stevens Miami’s Pitch presentation and lead efforts to customize it for top agents that need a more concise message.

Lead efforts to split zilbert.com from bhsmiami.com. This entails coordinating with an outside vendor who will do the actual work under my supervision.

Maintain the web servers for Zilbert.com and BHSMiami.com so that their up time in 100% operational.

Lead the technical team, via BaseCamp to implement new programmatic changes to the websites whenever we decide something needs improvement.

Lead efforts to redesign the front-end of the BHSMiami.com website with the constant branding directives from Brown Harris Stevens NYC HQ.

Coordinate efforts to create email addresses, web accounts and platforms’ accesses for all agents.

Design weekly Email Marketing campaigns on Mailchimp, SendinBlue and Constant Contact.

Broker between Brown Harris Stevens and its agents and printers nationwide to obtain the best possible price using my Print Broker accreditation.
