On Highway Sales Coordinator: Coordinate the execution of the on highway sales process from start to finish.
The process starts with ordering buses, paying invoices and setting up equipment in the company’s data system.

Support final delivery of equipment ensuring the customer is happy and the proper paper work is taken care of and signed, at this point the coordinator is responsible for billing the customer, filing for warranty and closing out the deal.

Dispatch Supervisor Started as an inside sales representative, moved to contract administrator, then client service representative, then to client service manager, then to dispatch supervisor.
Managed 43 technicians, maintain and manage the routing and constant placement of service, maintenance and repair calls. On average we ran 90 calls per day to 200 calls in our busy seasons.
