Responsible for overseeing the integration of 38,000 former Dell Services employees applications and certificate transitions from their existing Dell Corporate Server location into the NTT DATA Active Directory and PKI environments. Also responsible for overseeing the design, acquisition, and implementation of a new HSM (High Security Module) PKI environment for the issuance of new Certificates. Utilizing standard SDLC, Agile / Scrum, and Waterfall principles and methodologies this includes creating and maintaining a viable project plan utilizing MS Project; developing budgets and schedules; selecting and on-boarding additional resources; overseeing and directing the activities of all team members; participating in interviewing all legacy Dell Services Non-ERP application owners to discern each apps specific attributes and requirements; collating, tabulating, and evaluation of the results from each app owner’s responses; implementing the acquisition of new hardware to accommodate certificate security requirements, etc.; plus the usual generation and maintenance of project artifacts including status reports, budget updates, RACI charts, etc.
