Worked here for over a year caring for tenants within the assisted living and also worked in the dementia and hospice unit. Daily needs consisted of bathing and dressing, serving meals and help patients eat, taking vital signs, and handing out meds while making sure to mark down and initial/date/time everything immediately afterwards. Daily assistance also entailed turning or reposition patients who are bedridden,

informing nurses/management about changes in

conditions and/or treatment plans from caregivers, nurses and doctors. Changing bedpans, wipes and

any other necessities that were needed. Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, exam tables, etc. Assisting in answering patient calls. Taking special precautions when it came for looking at patients for bruises, blood in urine or other injuries. Sanitizing and cleaning patients areas, rooms and assisting with any concerns they may have. Cleaning clients rooms, restocking

their rooms with full amenities if needed.
