Managed 21 Specialists, Generalists and Clerks in the Executive and Human Resources Department. Managed all routine, special, executive correspondence and Human Resources needs of over 400 personnel.

Clearly communicated and professionally coordinated with 14 fellow Executives the Chief Executive Officer’s intent, standards and policy throughout the organization, and ensured compliance.

Created, presented and administered a guidelines for submitting Performance Reviews. This directive quickened the process by improving the quality and uniformity of all Performance Reviews.

Managed and maintained optimal Human Resources staffing for 5,000 personnel in 21 sub-organizations of the Carrier Strike Group. Managed and supervised six personnel who administered Human Resources for the Admiral’s staff of 75 personnel, as well as the proofing and editing of all Executive level correspondence.

Personally utilized contacts and written guidelines to resolve myriad pay problems for the Admiral.

Trained, developed and improved communications between the Executive Level Tactical Operational Directors of 21 ships and units for the Admiral. Used my own corporate knowledge of the Navy to bridge gaps in communications and understanding, facilitating information flow and interoperability between all teams.

International liaison on a multinational, multiservice staff of 21 different nationalities.

Led six multinational, multiservice Military Liaison Officers in the administration of Staff Indoctrination, General Military Training, and other ongoing and non-routine training requirements of Haitian forces.

Managed 6 Sailors in the administration of all Human Recourses of over 300 personnel assigned to the ship.

Managed 12 personnel in the maintenance and repair of ship’s electronics and auxiliary mechanical equipment.

After observing a severe lack of efficiency, I developed a process that improved the efficiency of me team so much that we became the first team complete, instead of the last; noted as a “Quantum Leap” by the Boss.
